1. The service

RealSimProxy provides time-limited access to physical mobile devices equipped with real SIM cards (Orange and Vodafone) located in Spain. These devices route your traffic as a genuine Spanish mobile user, giving you HTTP/HTTPS and SOCKS5 proxy credentials tied to a dedicated, real device.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. By using RealSimProxy you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

Our proxies run on real phones connected to real carrier networks. You agree to use them as a real human would — for legitimate business or personal purposes. Permitted uses include:

• Market research and price monitoring.
• Ad verification and SEO analysis.
• Testing geo-specific content and platform behavior.
• Social media management for accounts you own or manage.

Any use that a reasonable person would consider legitimate browsing activity on a Spanish mobile network is acceptable.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use our service to:

• Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or any illegal activity under Spanish or EU law.
• Attack, probe, or attempt to compromise any system or network without explicit authorization from its owner.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Violate the terms of service of third-party platforms in ways that could expose RealSimProxy or our carrier partners to legal or operational risk.
• Resell or sublicense access without prior written consent.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5. Fair use policy

Because these are real phones on real mobile networks, sustained high-volume traffic degrades the device and affects carrier service. Usage above 10 GB per day is not considered responsible use and may result in throttling or suspension of your session. There is no hard cap, but we reserve the right to act if usage patterns jeopardize the device or network connection.

6. Plans and payment

Access is sold in fixed-duration plans (1 day, 1 week, 1 month). Pricing is shown on the website and subject to change. Current plan prices:

• 1 Day — $9
• 1 Week — $37
• 1 Month — $77

Access begins when credentials are delivered. Plans are non-transferable and non-renewable automatically. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case; contact us within 24 hours of purchase if you experience a verified service failure.

7. Availability and uptime

Our proxies run on physical hardware subject to real-world conditions: carrier network issues, hardware failures, and maintenance windows. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. In the event of an extended outage on our side, we will work with you to extend your plan or arrange a credit.

8. Limitation of liability

RealSimProxy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the active plan period.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
