RealSimProxy operates the website realsimproxy.com and provides access to physical SIM-based mobile proxies located in Spain. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at soporte@realsimproxy.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what you voluntarily submit through our contact form:

  • Contact information — your email address or Telegram username, used solely to reply to your inquiry.
  • Message content — the text of your inquiry.

We do not collect names, payment data, browsing history, or any other personal information beyond the above.

3. How we use your data

Your contact information and message are used exclusively to respond to your inquiry. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

4. Third-party services

To operate our contact form we rely on two third parties:

  • Resend— handles email delivery of your message to our inbox. Your contact information is transmitted through Resend's infrastructure. See their privacy policy at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — our CAPTCHA provider, used to prevent automated spam. Cloudflare may process minimal browser signals to verify that you are human. No tracking cookies are set. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

5. Data retention

Inquiry emails are retained in our inbox for as long as necessary to handle your request, and no longer than 12 months unless a business relationship is established.

6. Cookies

This website does not set any tracking or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary, non-tracking signals as part of its bot-detection mechanism.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict how we process your data.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
